While the world is discussed in a fight against rampant crisis plaguing the international financial markets, it now appears that the news about the Iraq war no longer dominate the front pages of newspapers and what fills the enormous economic programs that almost nobody understands and which do not work for the revival of the global economy, called my attention a story that could be overlooked were it not that I still have memories of the Europe of the two blocs, the owner of this press release issued in the country of the day March 18, 2008 says, "the Kremlin rearmed against NATO" that this could go unnoticed for those who did not live the days of the "Cold War" is nevertheless an important fact to keep in mind since its rearmament reminds us that the cold war and remains latent fear that the confrontation is still there.
